Effective date: 1 November 2026

K5 Trading VTF (“VTF”), operated by K5c Holding Pty Ltd, connects authorised YouTube accounts to upload and schedule videos.

Information we collect and use

When you connect YouTube, VTF receives Google authorisation tokens and processes the videos, titles, descriptions, publishing settings and upload results needed to carry out your instructions. We use this information to maintain your connection, publish your content and troubleshoot errors. VTF does not receive your Google password.

Storage and sharing

We store authorisation tokens and publishing records for as long as needed to provide the service. We use reasonable safeguards to protect this information and restrict access to authorised personnel and service providers.

We share content and associated information with Google/YouTube to perform your requested actions, and with hosting providers needed to operate VTF. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.

Google and YouTube

VTF uses YouTube API Services. Google’s handling of information is explained in the Google Privacy Policy. Use of YouTube is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.

VTF’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Your choices and deletion

You can revoke VTF’s access at any time through your Google security settings.

To request access, correction or deletion of information stored by VTF, contact info@k5cholding.com.au. After revocation or a deletion request, we delete associated Google/YouTube data as soon as possible and within 30 days. Deleting information from VTF does not delete videos already stored on YouTube; manage those through YouTube Studio.
