These terms govern your use of K5 Trading VTF (“VTF”), operated by k5c Holding Pty Ltd name]. By using VTF, you agree to these terms.
1. Our service
VTF enables authorised users to connect YouTube accounts and upload or schedule videos. You authorise VTF to perform the publishing actions you request.
2. Your responsibilities
You must have permission to manage any connected channel and hold the necessary rights to all content you upload. You are responsible for reviewing your videos, titles, descriptions, audience settings and publishing schedules.
You must not use VTF for unlawful activity, copyright infringement, spam, misleading content or attempts to bypass platform restrictions.
3. YouTube requirements
VTF uses YouTube API Services. By using VTF, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Your content must comply with YouTube’s applicable policies and Community Guidelines.
VTF is an independent application and is not endorsed by Google or YouTube.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us permission to store, process and transmit it only as necessary to provide the service and carry out your instructions.
5. Privacy and account access
Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which you must review and accept before connecting your account.
You can revoke VTF’s Google account access through your Google security settings. Revoking access does not remove videos already uploaded to YouTube.
6. Availability and liability
Uploads and scheduled publishing may be delayed or fail because of service interruptions, expired authorisation or platform restrictions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, publication times, views or revenue.
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of VTF. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under Australian Consumer Law where applicable.
7. Suspension and termination
You may stop using VTF at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks or breaches of these terms. Data deletion is handled under our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes and contact
